Building on his professional experience, Kaleb spent several years as a site supervisor on multimillion-dollar commercial projects, where he led ground-up new builds and full interior remodels. Through these projects, Kaleb managed teams, coordinated complex tasks, and anticipated clients’ needs, handling the plethora of moving pieces with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism.
